DXW(N) High Voltage Live Display Locking Device

DXW(N) High Voltage Live Display Locking Device is primarily used in 35KV and above substations and power plants to enforce the locking of the line-side grounding switches of the interconnection lines between stations. It serves as a live conductor monitor in complex power lines and provides monitoring signals for equipment operation to the power monitoring center in distribution automation.

Product Features: In response to the power industry's demand for high stability, we have adopted a distinctive control circuit. The product can now achieve: if the probe circuit has a break or open-circuit fault, the display device will automatically issue a voice alarm: "Detector circuit fault," accompanied by a flashing red alarm light indicator. During self-diagnosis, if any detection circuit is improperly adjusted or malfunctions, its indicator light will not flash. When there is no high voltage in the circuit, it will automatically prompt with the voice message: "Operation, pay attention to safety." This function we developed is the first of its kind among similar domestic products.

DXW(N) High Voltage Live Display Locking Device ensures complete locking of the controlled equipment even when the product is fully faulty, thereby guaranteeing the reliability and stability of anti-misoperation locking.

Quality Assurance: In terms of component selection, to ensure product reliability, we have fully adopted industrial-grade standards. Currently, products on the market are divided into AC and DC types, which causes significant inconvenience to users during installation. To address this, we have used the most advanced AC/DC power module, with a power voltage range from 100V to 240V, suitable for both AC and DC, making it universally applicable in the power industry. In the protection circuit of the locking mechanism, while similar products still use traditional fuses for protection, we have opted for the internationally popular self-resetting fuse. When the load exceeds the rated operating current, the load automatically disconnects, and the device automatically resumes operation after the fault is eliminated, elevating the product's reliability to a new level.

Sensing Principle: This device utilizes the electric field coupling principle between the high voltage electric field and the sensor to perform inductive (non-contact) measurements from a safe distance. The product is fully functional, safe, and reliable, featuring flash display, audible alarm, self-test, and activation of the forced locking circuit function. It has clear directionality, high sensitivity, and reliability.

Application Scope: This device is widely suitable for use in outdoor (also indoor) electrical networks or equipment with AC 50Hz, rated voltage from 35kV to 500kV.

In coordination with other equipment, the DXW(N) High Voltage Live Display Locking Device can detect whether the network (equipment) is live from a safe distance outside the live equipment. It works in conjunction with electromagnetic locks, program locks, microcomputer locking, and other anti-misoperation devices to implement forced locking, making it an ideal safety device for preventing electrical misoperations in outdoor (indoor) electrical networks or equipment.
